Follow these steps to turn off Untracked Time and only track the time your agents are clocked into a Ticket, Chat, Voice, or General Task:
- Log into your tymeshift WebApp.
- Go to Admin .
- Click on Settings.
- Scroll down and select Show Advanced Options.
- Unselect.
Important: if you disable Untracked time, your agents will not see the Start or End day button.
