No need to worry; you'll still have access to this feature, but unfortunately, we can no longer support Themes after 1st of June 2023. Important: This feature will not be included on accounts created after August 1st, 2021.
Did you know that tymeshift allows you to customize your account T H E M E ?! Choose the Theme that suits you or your organization best by following the instructions below.
- Set Account Theme
- Manually customize Account Theme
- Set a global theme for all users
- Use the Theme of the month
Access this feature by going to your tymeshift Web App or your tymeshift App inside Zendesk.
In Zendesk:
- Click on the tymeshift
inside Zendesk. - Select
from the menu on the left. You will be redirected to the Web App. - Select the Theme you want from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner
. Changes will take effect as soon as you select a Theme.
- Click the

In tymeshift:
- Go to Admin
. - Select Themes
. -
Select a Theme from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner
- . Changes will take effect as soon as you select a Theme.
- Click the button.
Manually customize Account Theme
If you have specific color preferences or want to match your brand's colors, here's how to do that:
- Go to Admin
. - Select Themes .
- Look at the left side of the page for a list of colors.
- Click on Color Code to enter your code or choose an option on the Color Panel.
- Click the button.
Set a Global Theme for all users
You can set a Global Theme for all users by following these steps:
- Go to Admin
. - Select Settings.
- Check the box Enforce theme for all users under Global Settings.
Note: the Global Theme is taken from the account of the person who created your company's tymeshift account. You must update the Theme in that person's account if you want all of your agents to see it.
tymeshift releases a new Theme every month. By selecting this feature, your app will automatically update to the new Theme when it's released.
Choose the Theme of the month by following these steps:
