This is a legacy feature that is no longer available for customers who signed up for Tymeshift after July 27th, 2022. The functionality in this feature is now available in Teams.
Agent Views allows you to create Groups within tymeshift without having to restructure your Zendesk Groups. This is useful if your organization requires a different way of grouping your agents than your current Zendesk Groups structure.
Agent Views can be used for real-time monitoring purposes as well as for Reporting and Schedules. You can use Agent Views with a variety of tymeshift features such as Who's Working, Schedules, Reports, and Activity Feed.
You can create an Agent View by doing the following:
- Click on Admin .
- Click on Agent Views .
- Click on .
- Add the View Name and Members (agents you want to be a part of that View).
You can edit an Agent View by doing the following:
- Click on Admin .
- Click on Agent Views .
- Find the View that you want to edit or delete.
- Click on the appropriate icon to edit or deletethe Agent View.
NOTE: Only numbers, letters, spaces and these special characters + * . : _ - are allowed in the Agent View names. Characters like parentheses () are not allowed in the naming of agent views.
