This is a legacy feature that is no longer available for customers who signed up for Tymeshift after July 27th, 2022.
The Admin Log feature allows you to keep a running log of all settings changes. These changes include things like adjusting Agent Permissions, Managing Timesheets, or setting up new Rules that agents with Admin Rights make. You can see which agents have Admin Rights by going to Agent Permissions.
You can access the Admin Log by doing the following:
- Click on the Admin icon on the top navigation bar.
- Click on Admin Log.
You can filter the Admin Log by doing the following:
- Click on the Admin icon on the top navigation bar.
- Click on Admin Log.
- Filter the data by Name, Type (Timesheet, Account, Agent, Rule, General Task, Time Category, Subscription, and Freshbooks), Date, or Message.
