No need to worry; you'll still have access to this feature, but unfortunately, we can no longer support the Schedules after 1st of December 2023. The good news, though, we're replacing it with new and improved features that will be even better. This feature is being replaced with Schedules. This is a legacy feature that is no longer available for customers who signed up for Tymeshift after July 27th, 2022. The functionality in this feature is now available in Schedules.
Want to make your life a little easier? When you are Scheduling, you can use the Copy Previous Week feature to assign the previous week’s schedule to an agent or group of agents. This is perfect if specific schedules don't change from week to week.
Follow the steps below to copy last week's schedule to this week:
- Click on Schedule
. - Find the agent(s) or a specific group that you want to copy the schedule for using the filters.
- Select the agent or group of agents that you want to schedule by clicking on their name in the main schedule. Their current schedule will automatically be selected.
- Select the week when you want to schedule the agent(s)
by clicking on the arrows. - Click on the
button located on the top right of your screen. Make sure you have already published the schedule that you want to copy. - Click the
button.
It's that simple!
Note: Admin permission is required to use the "Copy from Previous Week" feature.
