We're focusing on new things
No need to worry; you'll still have access to this feature, but unfortunately, we can no longer support it after 1st of July 2023. The good news, though, we're replacing it with new and improved features that will be even better. This feature is being replaced by Agent Attendance, and don't hesitate to contact support@tymeshift.com if you have any questions.
This is a legacy feature that is no longer available for customers who signed up for Tymeshift after July 27th, 2022. The functionality in this feature is now available in Agent Attendance.
By default, the Attendance Monitor gives you an overview of your agents' daily attendance, and it also gives you the flexibility to select a date range to view their attendance during that time period.
To access the Attendance Monitor, simply follow the steps below:
- Log in to your tymeshift WebApp.
- Click on Schedule .
- Select Attendance Monitor from the menu on the left.
You can filter the data that you would like to see by following the steps below:
- Log in to your tymeshift WebApp.
- Click on Schedule .
- Select Attendance Monitor from the menu on the left.
- Select the date or date range you wish to see.
- Select which Groups you want to see.
- Select Agent View (optional).
- Select the Attendance filter.
Once you access the Attendance Monitor and select a date or time period, you can fine-tune the report by choosing from the different filters that are available to you (Groups, Agent Views, Attendance Status). In the Attendance Monitor, you will see the below information:
- The total time Scheduled: if you have a General Task scheduled that is excluded from Occupancy, that time will be omitted from the totals in this report.
- Time Logged: the total time agents actually worked.
- Overtime: the total time the agent worked beyond working hours.
- Absent: if the agent was absent or not and also the total time they were absent.
- Late: if the agent was late or not and the total time they were late to start a Shift. You can change the lateness tolerance by going to your Schedule Settings.
- Left early: if the agent left early from their Shift and how early they left.
- Time Off: any Time Off the agent had, and the total time this agent was off. If you click on Time Off in the header, you will be able to expand it to view Planned and Unplanned Time Off.
- Total Absent: the agent's total absent time (Total Absent = Absent + Late + Left Early + Time Off).
- A total of all of the data above for each Group that you have, and an overall total, as well as Absentee % (Absentee % = missed time/scheduled time).
- Perfect Attendance: agents who have no attendance issues (not late, did not leave early, did not have Time Off, and weren't absent) will have a Perfect Attendance badge (a star) on their avatar and you will be able to filter these agents by using the Perfect Attendance filter on the left of your screen as well.
