No need to worry; you'll still have access to this feature, but unfortunately, we can no longer support the Schedules after 1st of December 2023. The good news, though, we're replacing it with new and improved features that will be even better. This feature is being replaced with Schedules. This is a legacy feature that is no longer available for customers who signed up for Tymeshift after July 27th, 2022.
In tymeshift you can add Notes to any Intraday task on your Schedule. This is helpful if you want to let agents know specific details about an assignment or remind them about something.
If you wish to add a Note for an agent on a specific Intraday task, please follow the steps below:
- Click on Schedule .
- Switch to Day View.
- Locate the agent and the timeframe during which you would like to add the Note.
- Right-click on the Intraday block.
- Click on Add a Note.
- Click on Save.
Important: When adding a note to an intraday increment, you are actually attributing the note to that timestamp and not the intraday task itself. Therefore, if you have a note added to an intraday increment and you change the intraday task the note will remain there.
Note: once a Note is added it will appear on an Intraday block with a little white triangle on the top-right corner .
If you need to update the information on a Note, please follow the steps below:
- Click on Schedule .
- Switch to Day View.
- Locate the agent and the timeframe for the Note you would like to Edit.
- Right-click on the Intraday block and select Edit Note.
- Click on Save.
If you change your mind and you want to Delete a Note, please follow the steps below:
- Click on Schedule .
- Switch to Day View.
- Locate the agent and the timeframe for the Note you want to Delete.
- Right-click on the Intraday block and select Delete Note.
- Click on Save.
You can also review all of your previous Notes by following these steps:
- Click on Schedule .
- Switch to Day View.
- Locate the agent and the timeframe for the Notes you want to review.
- Right-click on the Intraday block and select Notes history.
