Changing your payment details or billing address is quick and easy! Below are guides to help you do both.
Note: you must have Subscription & Billing access within Agent Permissions in order to make changes.
If you ever need to change or update your credit card information, you can follow the steps below:
- In the tymeshift Web App, click on Admin .
- Click Subscription & Billing .
- Click on and fill in the new information.
Note: you will need to select the subscription plan to update your card details, or you can contact us at support@tymeshift.com
If you would like to change the email address where your payment receipts are sent, you can follow the steps below:
- In the tymeshift Web App, click on Admin .
- Click on Settings.
- In Account Details, update the email address.
- Click Save.
