How tymeshift integrates with ZendeskSince tymeshift was built just for Zendesk, installing it within Zendesk is simple (it only takes a few minutes). Once installed, tymeshift will sync with your Zendesk account, import your users and groups, and begin tracking the activity your agents are doing within Zendesk. It's important to note that what you do in tymeshift won't impact your Zendesk at all. tymeshift will automatically create an account for any user in your Zendesk that has an assigned role greater than ‘End User.’ Don’t worry; you can remove users and add them as often as you would like.
